David Weiss has over 20 years of sales experience. From the day he sold his first computer to working as a sales leader at ADP, David has done many different types of sales. He has sold in retail environments, in factories (helping them automate their business), he has sold business data, uniforms, advertising, technology and strategic outsourcing. Throughout his career, he has consistently exceeded goals at every company he has worked for and generated over $50 million in Total Contract Value sales across his career. David has had the opportunity to mentor and personally lead countless new salespeople and had first-hand experience with many of the topics in this book. He lives in Texas with his wife who is a psychologist and their 5-year-old son.

Andy Racic has 8 years (if we’re not counting the neighborhood lawn mowing and handyman business he started in 5th grade) of progressive sales and business development experience across the recruiting, human capital and HR technology spaces. During his four years at the industry-leading international recruitment firm Michael Page, he brought in millions of dollars in revenue having spent thousands of hours in front of or on the phone with candidates, hiring managers and recruiters. Andy is currently the Head of Sales at Tango Health, a software firm in Austin, TX. In his spare time, you’ll find him reading, hiking, and playing video games way too competitively.
